Finishing the evil homework o very late. I missed a day of school and I’m stuck in precalc with this circle stuff with trig. I have not a clue, I can’t even reverse engeneer the answers. I think I just need more coffee. Well its sleep time. see the world tommarrow

Note cards time i got 5 out of 12 done and im tired already.

I hate allstate insurance yet again. The man could not say anything besides we accept 80% fault. I so want to go nuts on the adjuster but I’m being sane for some reason. Probobly for my own good. The guy says that it was one of 3 factors that we will only pay 80% they are speed, negligence, and the fact that the damage is towards the rear of the dumb girls car that I ran in to.

This will make posting rants and life updates o so much more easy.

Ok, I pretty pissed today. My mom talked to the adjuster for Allstate insurance and they say they will only pay 80% of the damages becuase of some shared neglegence. By the way the story goes that I was driving home from work in December and coming up towards route 130 a woman pulled infront of my car. I slammed on the breaks but of course there is no way to stop that short. The amazing part is when the police gave her the ticket for not yielding to the right of way she had not a clue what she did. They say I lied to the police about my speed. I the police thought I was lying I would have a summons and a court date to deal with this accident but I dont. They used thier infinite wisdom to figure out how fast I was going to try and make me out to a liar to save themselves money. I will not let this go with out a fight. If I lose this fight I dont know what I will do yet but now I will never support Allstate or any other companies related to it. These companies include Sears, I believe Enterprise car rent, Prodigy, and some others but they will never EVER get and money from my pockets again. I encourage anyone and everyone to join me in this boycott on a group of companies that allways are persueing to make them selves bigger while providing services and products of lesser quality on the way.
