Yay for a Deafening Cell Phone. They could use that feature when you are driving as negative reenforcement.
Help me get an ipod
http://www.freeiPods.com/default.aspx?referer=8360117. Yeah, I joined the stupid people we’ll see if it works. I need some people to join up now.
Yay for staying up too late
I watched all of The Grid. It was pretty good, I kinda wish they went on a little longer with it. I guess 4.5 hours of my life is enough though. The positive note is that I am almost done making the template for Reslife’s new website. Its way tricky to make. I think I might change my approach if it does not start to move faster. Hand coded HTML is too slow for me, I need dreamweaver.
Try explaining this to your parents
Nude man caught covered in nacho cheese. No Pictures(thankfully) for the nervous.
Doom 3
Ok…Doom 3 is super insane amazing. Amazing as in scare the poop out of me with well made maps and sweet graphics. Besides that it shows me how old and junky my computer is. My laptop can hardly handle it in low res- 640×480 at low detail. Even at low detail the graphics are sweet. Ok enough of that.
So im a little slow
Its been a while world.
Here I am.
The past week as been pretty interesting. From getting poked in the eye with a stick, mountains, and Boston. Starting on my eye, I was poked in eye with the blunt end of a pool cuestick(not fun), my coworkers were messing around in the parking lot and someone got mad and threw the stick and I happened to be in position to recieve the stick in to my face.
On to better things. On Friday I went to the white mountains and saw lots of pretty scenery and stuff. The pictures are in the usual place. In that day we must of driven at least 400 miles. It was a fun day of driving through the mountains and burning gas. While Andrea and I were there we went to the Flume Gorge which was a nice and long walk in the woods. We both took some cool pictures. After that we drove an hour to drive up mount washington only to be greeted with them saying we couldn’t drive up. Andrea’s Saturn does not have a low gear so the trip down would likely burn out the breaks and cause chaos. They gave us a discount coupon to go on the guided tour. So we did that instead, it was nice we were the only people in the tour van up the mountain so we had a nice relaxed tour. Following the drive up and down the mountain we then we out for dinner to some place I do not remember its name. Either way they had cheap lobster dinners so we had that, lobster == fun/happy. This has been the summer of seafood.
A few weekends ago I was able to share the gospel with this middle-aged woman. I’ve been hoping to all summer but its just not been working. People have been uninterested, or busy, or something. Back to the story, she listened pretty intently the whole time but felt uncomfortable praying on the beach. I think it had to do with her husband who came back in the middle of the time I was going through the book.
I go home next tuesday. I am looking forward to my uncomfortable bed at home, ps2, and my desktop computer. I am going to greatly miss all the people here. This is the first place I have had large group of good friends who were not all shallow. It was a good/nice/awesome/sweet fully functioning biblical community. I want to bring home with me.
Better news is that Josh is coming to visit on the 7th and is going to help me move myself out of here. Whoo
